An audited report filed by companies whose securities are registered with the SEC of the corporation's year-end financial results and operations filed annually with the SEC. The report contains detailed information related to the company's financial condition, legal liabilities and plans for the upcoming year. Shareholders may obtain a free copy of this report from the corporation.

401(k) Plan:

A retirement plan offered by a corporation to its employees, which allows employees to set aside pre-tax income into an investment retirement account. Contributions and earned income are tax-deferred until withdrawn for retirement purposes. The name 401(k) comes from the IRS section describing the program.
